We are very sorry if you are not 100% satisfied with the item (s) you received, and we gladly accept returns for exchanges within 30 days of receipt of items, with exceptions, as long as they are in good condition.

1. Please, contact Customer Service, sending a message to our email sales@shop.alldanceinternational.com or returns@shop.alldanceinternational.com, indicating the item / s you would like to return and the reason. We will reply to you within 24 hours. We greatly appreciate your patience. The customer must deliver the product at the service point provided for this purpose. For the latter case, the customer will bear all shipping costs. If transportation is required for shipment, the costs must be borne by the customer.
2. Once the return instructions have been received from us, please pack the item (s) to be returned in their original packaging. If the product is not packed in its original packaging, the changes will not be made.
3. Send the package to the local post office.
4. Most returns are processed within 10-15 business days of receipt of the package. We will make the change once the package has been reviewed and processed. Once the package has been reviewed and approved for changes, you will receive a confirmation email to receive the new order under the same purchase value, once the customer will have to bear the shipping costs of the requested change.


Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide to change an item. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, tights and accessories.
3. Returned items must not be used and must be returned in the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been used, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. Items that are expressly marked that they cannot be exchanged and gifts cannot be returned.
5. We do not accept returned items that have been shipped without prior exchange request.
6. The Collection Service is not available for returned packages. Changes will be made on your own.
7. Please review returns before sending them. We will not be responsible for exchange products that do not belong to ALL DANCE INTERNTIONAL.
Note: Extra expenses, shipping and others are not refundable.
